Employment Type: This is a full-time position located in the firm’s Vancouver office.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will:
– Hold an LLB or J.D. degree.
– Be in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia or able to become a member upon hire.
– Have 2-5 years of relevant experience in family law.
– Exhibit strong advocacy, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Possess excellent research and writing abilities, capable of navigating complex legal issues.
– Demonstrate effective client and practice management skills.
– Be self-driven yet appreciative of the value of teamwork.
Responsibilities
– Provide strategic advice on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and more.
– Assist clients with separation and divorce, aiming for resolutions through collaborative law, negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
