As the Head of SEO, you will spearhead our efforts to enhance our online presence, drive organic traffic, and elevate search engine rankings in the competitive SaaS AI landscape. This pivotal role centers on formulating and executing a robust SEO strategy, leading a dynamic team of SEO experts, and fostering collaboration across departments to fulfill our strategic business initiatives in both the USA and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute targeted SEO strategies to align with our SaaS AI niche and outperform business targets.
- Leadership: Lead a team of SEO experts, encouraging growth and steering efforts to exceed performance standards.
- Keyword Mastery: Conduct focused keyword research to inform content and optimization plans.
- Optimization: Oversee comprehensive on-page and off-page optimization to enhance our online presence.
- Technical SEO: Manage technical SEO to ensure our site is fast, mobile-ready, and easily indexed by search engines.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content teams to produce compelling, SEO-optimized material.
- SEO Auditing: Perform regular SEO audits to proactively address potential issues.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze website analytics to guide data-driven SEO decisions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Carry out competitor analyses to gain strategic insights.

Qualifications:
- A track record of leadership in SEO, particularly within the SaaS or AI sectors.
- Expertise in SEO principles and a pulse on the evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Mastery of SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical prowess and a knack for interpreting complex data.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline.
